It´s grip on high-end technologies is firm and while Russia and China also have great researchers they will not be able to balance the wests´firm grip on high-end technologies. They are behind in the technolgy race and they will be left behind in the future. This is the plan constructed by western think-tanks in mainly USA and England. My opinion is based on what I saw when I worked in the international IT business and so became aware of how the west control high.-end technologies.
