For anyone using a mesh wifi system the wifi antenna menu is a huge help when connecting to different nodes. Doing the disassociate wifi option can make your roku connect to the better ap rather than the main ones in the house.

Secret Screen 2 - Home:5, Up, Rt, Dn, L, Up -- "CYCLE HOME SCREEN AD BANNER SERVER" --Select "DEMO 3" This will make the ad that displays to the right of the Home Screen to always be Blank. The different selections will show in the display on the left side of this secret menu with the line item "HOME SCREEN AD BANNER URL."

Can confirm Bitrate Override is not working on Roku Ultra (4660x), software version 11. On secret screen #4 (Platform Secret Screen), in addition to the menus you had on your screen (System Operation Menu, etc), I also had an option for "IPv6 Secret Screen", which took me to a screen of IPv6 settings.

I'm honestly not sure about this, but I have some good news for you if you are worried about losing all of your channels if you do a factory reset. You can easily solve that problem by going to Roku.com to setup an account and add you device in the account section. Make sure you use the same email you used to setup your Roku TV and also make sure you go to the channel store and verify it has all of the channels you installed after you added the TV to your Roku.com account. If the channel store shows all the important channels you wanted are installed, you can safely factory reset your TV. You will have to set it up again, but use the same email, and Roku will install all of the channels you had in your account automatically for you. Also, make sure you have all of the password information for all of your channels, because you will have to setup any channels that need passwords again as well. I hope this helps.

I appreciate you first off. We called the manufacturer and went through a bunch of sequences to get it going, but nothing happened and I looked at your video and did the reboot code and it still give us the error 003 so I’m at a loss right now what to do we purchased the Roku 11/10 2022 I am called Best Buy and they told me to call the manufacture back so we can go through this whole process again including trying to get connected through hotspot and trying landline connection. I didn’t solve the problem either, so do you have any suggestions? How do you think this is a plate to make us as consumers buy a new product like Apple do with their products they don’t fix them. Honestly, I did this video on a much older model so any advice I give probably won't be much better help than what the manufacturer offered you. I have heard that changing the security settings on your WiFi can help. Try using no security at all to see if you can connect and then if you can figure out which security settings will work through a process of elimination by trying each one

So if you still use this I got a few quick questions. When I was a young kid I screwed up my roku in those technical settings how do I reset them all? Or am I just stuck? How do I completely restart?

The factory reset *might* do it. There are no promises on that working for you though. That's why I caution users not to mess with settings they aren't familiar with, but try it and see. I hope it works out for you.

Is there a way to get to a technicians service menu to adjust color settings? I have too much blue on my ROKU screen that I can't get out with the picture settings or picture temp setting set to warm? Flesh tomes are way too blue. There is even some blue in the blacks on the screen. A factory reset does no good.....blue still dominates on the screen. Reply

Hi. The Roku has many versions and I do not know how the secret screens behave on all of them. If the other secret screens work on your Roku then I would try doing the reboot secret screen and then if that doesn't work you could also try doing the factory reset, but you will have to set your Roku up from the beginning and enter in your username and password and all of your channels will get installed again automatically. I hope this helps.

It seems like maybe the bit rate override screen is not included in the newest 10.5 Roku OS so that secret menu screen might not be available, but I can't confirm that so it could be something else I haven't figured out yet.

I don't think that is one of the secret menu settings for the Roku. There might be a special app or device you can get that will do that.
