3:44 I believe that the anime explains why Universe 7 had one of the lowest mortal levels for 2 main reasons. Firstly, the Supreme Kai Shin believed that mortals should be able to develop and solve their own problems, causing him to not monitor the survival of mortals, which of course has not gone well. Secondly, Beerus rather than destroying poor mortal developed planets and individual threats to survival like Frieza and Majin Buu, he decided to sleep and not do his job of being a God of Destruction. In Universe 9's case, it was the fact that their God of Destruction was indecisive had a personality of a Supreme Kai, whilst the Supreme Kai was foolish had the personality of a God of Destruction, causing them to not make the right decisions for mortals to survive and develop.

Yes, Their was a Bunch of us Fans that did Enjoy and Love Universe 2 and Ribrianne Especially as well! They where caring to one another, the closest Universe that exampled the ideals of caring for one another and supporting each other the most. Also, their beliefs in Love was Real cause it lead to their Universe having the 2nd highest mortal level and their citizens where so highly advanced thanks to it that they where the only ones watching the ToP and they did not riot and supported each other threw it all! Can we even say our own society would even closely be this mature and advanced when our doom come?! 😉 So yea some may not be fans of Universe 2 and that is ok, but their is a good size section of the fanbase that do and still enjoy them, so indeed They ARE My Favorites, Especially Ribrianne, as well as liked by many others! 👍💖😎😀
