Cool info bro! But remember we own Infiniti’s for a reason! I see owners ripping their G’s apart! The more OG parts you rip off, will affect the value big time. All for 2hp, but hey, to each their own!

@@mj350gt2 💯 Facts!!! I tell these guys, sometimes the "cold" air intakes are killing your power. The stock intake in our G35's are made by engineers that have been doing this for generations. On my channel, my 06' Coupe has 49k original miles. It's stock, unmolested, untouched. I line u with G35's that have huge fart cans, intakes, and those stickers that add 10hp, and it's not even a competition! But, I not hating, cuz whn I was a kid, I did all that mess, and that's how I learned. As long as you look back at your car when you walk away is all that matters 🤙

Even in Sunny Florida, I don't see any advantage in deleting the Throttle Body Coolant lines for a Stock application. (Placebo) If you were going Force Induction ie. Turbo/Supercharger, then I would say yes, reduce your intake temperature as much as possible because of the EXTREME heat generated. Intercoolers are required to keep the intake charge reduced to the lowest temperatures from the high heat produced by the Turbo/Supercharger.

@@barnyard_fab Track and Racing is another world. A dual core aluminum radiator with extra capacity would be my choice. I tried the Mishimoto but the alignment pegs were way off. Perhaps there's another brand that fits better. Also use ICE made by Royal Purple. It promotes quicker heat transfer thus keeping your engine cooler in extreme operations.

@@ERICSDIYGARAGE sweet thankyou!! I love your videos 🙏. What do you think about the coolant bypass with the front hose? I'm thinking about doing it but been hearing mixed reviews about the thermostat getting stuck? I live in California N I get similar wether like you in AZ minus the 95+ heat waves. Would you recommend me looking into a low temp thermostat to do that mod safely? Or can I cap them then bleed the system N everything will be fine with the thermostat? I park my car in a garage over night then drive it in 55°+ weather if that helps brother
@ERICSDIYGARAGE Жыл бұрын
@jaynene2625 sorry I meant to say 3/8 line will work not 1/4. I've learned that oem thermostats are the way to go. I've had a few mishimoto thermostats not open and cause a over heating problem. I wouldn't delete the line personally
