Sorry about the delay on this complete guide with all 7. As I mentioned previously, I've been in the process of moving over last two weeks, so I haven't had a chance to play with a consistent connection to get things done (hence the lack of D2 uploads during this time). Now that things have finally settled down, I was able to get the footage together for an easy to follow, all in one guide. Even if it's a week late, it should hopefully serve more helpful to people coming back in the future.

I’m not sure why, but the oracles don’t appear for me. There is a red indicator on my HUD that it’s there, but not actually interactive/visible/shootable

I dont know either but the main thing is I competed the mission completely then I was able to see them also idk if this will help but the first I found on accident was number 6 in the vid.

You have to do the full mission, and then start the mission again, then you will see the oracles

Can someone tell me why the oracles aren’t spawning for me? I haven’t collected any of them. My crosshairs will turn red when I go to where they are at, but they won’t spawn.

Same but I think they were time gated and some spawned weekly, I hope they do one full rotation again because I missed most of them too

I was having a similar issue. I was able to get all of the oracles until it was time to get the one at the vex gate. My reticle just kept turning red. I went to grab the next one after that and it was there and I was curious if that had somehow made the gate oracle spawn and it did so I'm wondering if there is some undefined order to grabbing them? Regardless, if you follow eso's video, you should get them all no problem! Hope this helps!

Make sure you have the other 6 first, that is what made #7 (one by the d1 portal) spawn in

Are these the oracle to claim the ship and also the catalyst for the exotic sniper? Because i have the quest requesting to done in the legend difficulty. In this video it is not the legend version, right? What am i missing?

No, this can be done on normal, it gives the ship and all the crafting upgrades. The catalyst only drops when finishing the legendary.

For the exotic ship, that’s the reward. That’s it. It’s a reskin of the original ship when the mission was first in the game before it was removed.
