@@Just_Rusted yeah it's very relatable, my mom has told me that I talk like a barking dog or a caveman lmfao. As much as I sometimes can speak quite eloquently like Ali or Dutch (usually on purpose), at the end of the day I'm just an E8: blunt, direct, loud, provocative, sarcastic, harsh, etc

I agree with u. He gives concrete realistic and visual examples that we can readily grasp. I am a teacher who is SE vulnerable so I am conscious that I need to reach the Se users in the class so he gives me ideas for presenting information to them such as being very visual and concrete.

I’d say I relate to the E4 conversation style. I often come off as reserved and introspective whether it be my emotions, personal struggles, or personal interests. Also, whenever I’m talking about something from my inner world I feel the need to use the right words to express my internal world and if I don’t I feel unsatisfied and the person who I am communicating won’t get the full idea of what I’m trying to express. Even the jumping from topic to topic part lol. I often do that with friends and family.

One of my friends said that there are times when I come across as really arrogant and rude, even if I don't mean to be at all. I usually just reply 'I'm not being arrogant, you're just too sensitive'' but I started to realise that I can genuinely end up scaring away people who aren't close to me.

Sounds like narcissism or a low iq or a low eq. You can increase your crystal IQ and your ability to score higher on a fuid iqtes. You can grow your eq. Will likely raise your quality of life

What comes the most natural to us is often something we are blind towards, this is why recieving brutal feedback from a friend or a loved one is very useful, they will see things you don't see in yourself, you of course then can use this information to hopefully grow more self awarness and different methods of dealing with this tendency of yours. It's a daily battle...that's all i can say.

awareness about manipulation , how it happnes in day to day situations - and looking out for such things happening in your convos/actions , and refrain from doing them - but one important thing i deem important is not to shame oneself while doing this , but to come to terms why maipulation was used , and finding healthy ways to go about dealing with them
