How to increase breast milk?? My baby hungry all time... reason for low milk supply😢
@realtalk8059
@realtalk8059 2 ай бұрын
They might eat all the time bc your supply is slower since it’s low and it takes longer for them to get full. Drink a crazy amount of water and track your consumption and add in electrolyte drinks I did 2 28 oz body armpits and my supply tripled over night maybe even add in the liquid Iv into your water

Thanks for sharing this! Could you maybe make a video of the first time and share the difficulties in the beginning? Or to ahow the amount you could pump per feed. I was searching for some videos in the beginning and it would have been helpful for others too 😊

Thanks for sharing!! So when we power pump is it something we do everytime like forever until we stop pumping for our baby, or is it until we have a good milk supply?
@amandaelizabethvlogs
@amandaelizabethvlogs 5 ай бұрын
so happy to help!😊 that’s such a good question! i only power pumped to get my supply up and i didn’t need to keep it up to maintain it, just normal puming. power pumping mimics cluster feeding which your baby usually does during a growth spurt (sometimes for comfort) so it’s their way of telling your body you need more milk :)

Moms, How long did it take for your milk supply to come in after birth? My baby was born on Monday the 16th I feel like I’m working so hard just to barely get two oz ALL together for both breast combined :( any advice? I definitely think I need to get my breast sized for the correct flanges One boob I feel produces more milk too..
@amandaelizabethvlogs
@amandaelizabethvlogs 8 күн бұрын
it usually comes in about a weeks time! keep trying 💘 it’s also normal that one produces more than the other, to help with that you can latch the side that doesn’t produce as much more often :) you got this mama 🫶🏼🫶🏼 congratulations 🥹

I am 4 months postpartum and i think i have spoilt my supply as i got really discouraged at some point. I want to ask if i take notes on all you have said in the video (drink water, eat well, pump 3 hours, do power pump, think positively). Can i get back on track or its too late for me?

aw congratulations on your little one 🥹 i totally have been there 😢 but you can definitely get back on track!! it’s just supply and demand so keep it up and that will definitely help. also remember to breathe and remember to not stress over it too much, it will come with consistency like what you took notes on from the video. you got this mama!! 💓💓

I am exclusively pumping as my son was in NICU. I have noticed a significant drop in my supply and am only producing the 2 ounces he eats. He is 3 weeks old.

i’m so sorry you had to go through the nicu it’s soooo emotionally and physically challenging with a newborn 🥺 but 2 oz is still great and hopefully the tips in this video help you feel encouraged to keep going. you can raise your supply back up! i know it’s so hard but prioritize rest whenever you can 🤍 it really helps your body produce milk and your brain to feel regular. wishing you smooth healing and adjusting!! you got this mama!
