So does the 107 cert count as a commercial cert as far as eligibility for Part 137 goes, or do you need an actual Commercial Pilots Certificate for a fixed wing or rotary wing aircraft? Or do you apply for an exemption?

Hi Brian, I was wondering if a 137 license covers an operator, or a business. If it's the latter, how many employees of that business can be covered by a single license?

Hi James! The 137 operator certificate can be issued to both an individual or a business. As a business, you designate who your pilot crew is, and that list can be updated when it changes.
