Loved this video. Views, editing and music are very good except for the wind interference. Xaghra is my most favourite part of Gozo, if only there is some enforcement in the square to stop cars parking haphazardly. The square should not be for parking, it is such a beautiful area. I also hope that the authorities will stop granting permissions for more buildings. Gozo is so beautiful as it is and these constructions will eventually ruin this jewel. Mixta cave was great and did not know that San Blas Bay was once a sandy beach. What happened??? Another thing, you will notice a lot of signs saying 'private' or 'do not enter'. 80% of these signs are placed illegally by some people who want that area for themselves. If the sign is not an official one (it is easy to know which ones are official and those that are not), just ignore them.

I love you comment so much that im gonna pin it forever!! Thanks a million for your feedback, i put my heart and soul in each and every video, so getting a comment that you are enjoying is rewarding, thank you. I aggree with you 100% in everything, i hope Gozo will keep its beauty without turning into concrete jungle. Xaghra is my favorite, i attended a wedding there and it was magical. Funny… while we werr having breakfast i said the same, if only people stop parking on the square. I honestly dont know what happened with San Blas, and yes those “private” signs looked a bit shabby to be legit. Thanks a lot for your comment tho

Wow ,you was in my uncle farm house. They made it so nice. 60 years ago was full of sheep and chickens. San Blass beach ,was a nude beach 50 years ago. Things change ,even the sandy beach don't exist anymore.

The farm house is stunning 🤩 i didnt know that San Blass was a nude beach, and wow 50y ago. Yap, its so interesting to know how mother nature changed the beach from sandy to rocky beach

Hi Alex, Which Cruiz you took to visit Gozo from Malta ? If we have rental car which we want to take from Malta to Gozo which cruiz we should take and how much it cost ? Also do we really need car to see different places in Gozo or if we reach at city center then we have to plenty to watch there ?
@AlexinMalta3 жыл бұрын
Hey there. We came with a car at the Cirkewwa port, here you will find only one public ferry that you can board your car on. You need a car to find your way all around Gozo and even in the hidden gems like the one called Mixta Cave 10:55 in the video

Hi Alex! Thank you sooooo much for this video I am planning a birthday getaway to Malta in May 2022 for 7 days with friends and have not had any luck finding amazing properties at reasonable prices UNTIL I saw this video. Never thought about staying in Gozo but your video just convinced me and I even booked the exact same property . Can’t wait and hope to meet Maxi! Initially I didn’t want to rent a car but do you think it is best to have a car in Gozo? We do plan to explore the other islands via the ferry but also would like to cook at the property and may need transportation for trips to the grocery store, wine shops etc. thanks again for your vlog…your posts are very helpful, MUCH appreciated!

Hey hey. Im so sorry somehow i missed your comment. I would suggest you to rent a car in Gozo as you will find your way everywhere, there are so many villas around the island so im sure you will find something good. The villa where i stayed was fantastic ❤️

Thank you so much for your videos. Not only you are extremely informative you do it in such a way that it is entertaining. I am visiting Malta in a couple of weeks and trying to do my research to pack as much as possible in the time I am there. Can you pls let me know if you think I have the right itinerary: 2 nights in Melliha, 2 nights in Gozo, 2 nights in Valleta and one night in Marsaxlokk.... Does this sound too much? What are your suggestions.. Thank you again
@AlexinMalta3 жыл бұрын
Hey hey. Thanks a lot for your nice comment. Your itinerary looks perfect. With the 2 nights in Mellieha you are near the sandy beaches. Gozo is enough for 2 days to explore the entire island (make sure to visit Comino). 2 nights in Valletta is perfect make sure to visit Sliema, St Julians, Mdina and the 3 cities (Birgu is the most popular of them). Marsaxlokk is the old fishing village and on Sunday it has a market. Marsaxlokk is in the south of Malta so make sure to visit St. Peters Pool while you are there :)

Hey Alex, thank you for the video. I have watched some of your other videos and enjoy them very much (as others have stated, it's only the noise interference) otheherwise all good. I'm Maltese grew up overseas, mainly uk but , also spent some time in the USA and Australia. I'm getting rather home sick. I'm planning to return to live and may choose Gozo rather than Malta. I hope to come over in a few months, rent an apartment for a month, check out properties, areas, etc. If I see you around on Gozo I'll stop and say Hi. Ciao for now :)
@marioruggier36282 жыл бұрын
Well Done Alex! in a matter of minutes watching your video, you managed to make me feel home sick for Gozo....I was born and raised there and your video captured the essence of what Gozo is all about.....very good composing and shooting....your commentary is also spot on....I've watched a few of your videos so far, all are excellent and enjoyable, keep up the good work Alex...Although the videos are excellent, there is room for improvement....the biggest issue is the sound needs to be evenly recorded....certain sections are much louder while others are barely audible ....the wind noise is also very distracting and can be easily solved by using a sound filter...might be a good idea if you team up with someone that can concentrate on the sound aspect of your recordings....please take these pointers as constructive criticism rather than negatives....I look forward to more vids, I can see the dedication you're putting into your craft....Thank You so much Mario... sending regards and continued success to you from Canada, Cheers Alex!!
