They just need to eat early, they don't have to sleep very early. They can sleep post 2 to 3 hours of dinner

Its not possible for officie goers. I have shift 10 to 7pm. Ghar aate aate 9pm ho jata hai. Corporate world mein to overtime normal baat hai.

No doubt Chhole (chickpeas) n Rajma are nutritious, but they're both hard to digest no matter how well u soak them.....not a good dinner option, better eaten for lunch.

He is an IITian. He had deliberately skipped Biology in Class 11 & 12 to get great score in PCM for easy admission into the IIT. Now he has made tonnes of money and is making money with multiple sources of passive income(thanks to the IIT Dhobi mark). That's why he is pretending to be a Specialist Health and Fitness Coach, every speciality Doctor, Yoga Instructor, etc. Don't fall prey to the borrowed knowledge of such Pseudo Gyaanis. Most of the content that he spoke about in this doesn't even require common sense. He Copys Content from many different sources on the Internet. He doesn't do a job-nor does he have to cook. That's why it's easy for him to tell that have Dinner max. before 8pm. His Gyaan is only for the Raees Businessclass people who can AFFORD a dozen servants. Chickpea creates heavy Bloating & Gas. No Authentic Ayurvedacharya will ever recommend Chickpea in any form for Dinner. Chana and Chana Dal are not all that easy to digest. I've studied Food Science and Nutrition & I'm a Yoga Teacher.
