Respected Sir ,worldwide 50 to 75 % people drink either tea or coffee ,its a 2nd highest drink after even water ,may we people quits tea or coffee, but what about others ? it has become culture all over the world nice video and good alternative suggestion its not our blood but of the population of whole world ,i have google it ,yes you may control it one or two tea by god's shake i don't drink tea instead i eat breakfast as you suggested in previous video without tea or coffee nice video but for the people who understand
