Hi Terry, just found your vids, thank you so much for sharing your experiences. Can you tell me if it is feasible to knock down an old and decrepit property and rebuild on the same footprint, or if not knocking down old walls one at a time in order to acheive the same result. Also, would planning permission be needed to live in a caravan on the site whilst work is underway?

Yes, perfectly feasible. But you will need planning permission.
