No Muslim would say such a thing. Denying Sihr is pure kufr. We don't see our Rabb and we don't see the Angels now should we all become Atheists? Come on, use your brain and repent to Allah for making such a monstrous statement. Science is the study of natural phenomena which involves experiments, hypothesis and drawing conclusions and it cannot be taken as a source of guidance. Keep it out of the unseen (2:2). This is the Book about which there is no doubt; in it is guidance for those who fear Allah, (2:3). Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them;

@@SA-ux4qt When we say Sihr and evil eye exists , it mean it has an effect on human, so if it has an effect on human body and its behavior, so it can be seen. and when it can be seen it can be experimented even scientifically .

We have Ahadith saying that evil eye exists and it has an effect on human body so are you going to reject all of that just because some Atheist scientists didn't conduct experiments who don't even believe in the existence of our Creator? We have cases of Sihr where its physical effects were observed, you haven't seen it doesn't mean its effects on human body haven't been observed by other people rather they have. Sihr is connected to the Jinn which is a creation of Allah that is part of the unseen and we believe in it. Sihr has almost similar effects to other illnesses and disease and sometimes doctors and psychiatrists are unable to explain it so when a Raqi recites the Qur'an on the patient the Jinn communicates through the patient and scholars have spoken about this matter in detail so reject your intellect as Allah has explicitly spoken about sihr in the Qur'an.
