A guy like floyd has a high IQ he disarms his opponents and remains under control thru 12 rounds because he makes adjustments exploits flaws and adapts. Broner does not. His work rate being poor is all part of Boxing IQ because a smart fighter knows when to turn it up and knows when his game isnt working and adapts.

It's not about belts, it's about who you beat. Titles aren't worth much when you take them from Paulie Malignaggi (narrowly) and a ring rusted Allakhverdiev. Congratulations on keeping strong, probably a pressure few of us could ever understand. I wanna see this guy succeed at an A list level, because non of them are as exciting in or out of the ring.
