The bike looks Beautiful. Are the mirrors you installed better than the stock mirrors? Also where did you get all of the stuff?

Mirrors are Chinese knockoff of CRG Arrow mirrors with a little modifications to fit to the handlebar properly. For me it works as good as stock in terms of the coverage of the mirror, stock mirrors are too big in size and stick out too much for my taste, down side of my custom mirrors is just a little too low because it is mounted on the handle bar but looks very clean. I get most of the stuff from Shopee, which is a e commerce platform like ebay but based in Asia only, and the links would not work after some time because of the updates from the seller, I find it no point including the links in the description, instead leaving the key word for the viewers to search on their preferred ecommerce platform.

​@@Kickstandup do the mirrors touch the tank when you turn the handlebar all the way to either side? im thinking of doing the same for my duke 390. had the same mirrors on my duke 200 but mounted on the ends of the bar. but i wanna put in the lever guards as well so yeah.

@@kevinmarkanthony initially it was touching the tank for me, after doing some placement adjustments then there are no more contact with the tank anymore. Do keep in mind that the coverage of the side view are good but directly rear vision is not possible. Hope it helps 👍🏻

The mods look great, but my favourite is probably the simplest and cheapest & that is the tyre lettering paint. So simply but just stands out, but in a good way

The bike looks terrific and this is very helpful as I am considering purchasing one. I do wonder about those mirrors, though - they lok cool, but they are so far inboard that I can't imagine you can see very much behind you. There's a reason stock mirrors are placed high and wide.

The lock i bought comes with velcro bag that u can strap on the side of the body frame. it just exactly the same as your lock.

As per my experience says, some of these modifications are worthless:- - Inward rear view mirrors - Throttle assist - Lever Guard Reasons:- # Stock mirrors provided with this bike are the best mirrors I used yet. Inward rear view mirrors sure makes it compact for the rider to ride. But doesn't give enough rear view. # Throttle assist is a nice idea. I also used it. Also it is cheap. But it breaks very quickly and you will need to replace it with a new one. Best alternative for it is to use those handlebar grips which has inbuilt palm rests in it. # Thin Lever Guard doesn't really play any necessary role in the public unless it's a race track. Yeah, but it really does look cool. Apart from these, every modification shown in this video is a good one.

Also - part of the reason you are feeling so much heat from the exhaust on your legs and feet is because you are wearing shorts and flip flops. Do pause to consider what you would be feeling in those areas if you came off the bike in a low side slide.

Hey ya, I'm planning to get a Duke 390, before that just wondering how's the overheating engine like in Malaysia? Cause Well Malaysia have hot weather.

No issues happened to the engine so far. But the engine heat is unbearable to my left leg especially while waiting for the traffic light to turn green. So I wear riding shoe and a long pants 99% of the time I ride. Hope it helps!

I started out with the Duke 200 as my first bike, about the same height as this 390. Scary at first while learning how to ride. But after a few weeks of riding, I've gotten used to it.

This is a CRG knockoff mirrors. View is good but not great, can’t see directly at the back. Looks super good on the bike but functionality wise, not as good as standard mirrors as you can see behind you. Hope it helps! ✌🏻

I think for the original CRG mirrors, there are some difference in the joints part where you can rotate the mirrors. For mine, which is the Chinese version, ill have to sand down the clamp to make more space to fit the handle bar.

It is a brake disc lock. The disc lock holder is mounted at the crash bar.

If mounting it the way I did, side vision are fine but can't really see directly behind. And to look at the mirrors when riding, it take a little effort as it is located lower at the handlebar comparing it to regular mirrors.It is doable on an adv bike but I find it more suitable on naked bikes. cheers and have a nice day
