I meet Amy on a Motorcycle run here in Phoenix years back, seen her at the first stop, hum, I know this gal, saw her again at the 2nd stop, again, I know this gal, on the third stop, I stopped her and asked her, I know you, she said, do you listen to a radio station here in Phoenix, I said no, she said do you watch the Olympics, I said yes, than she tells me she's a Olympic Gold medalist in Swimming and I said, ah,, that's where I know you from. What a pleasure to meet her.. Great lady for sure.

Does the swimmer on the blocks have to wait until the swimmer in the water touches or can she dive well before, as long as the one in the water touches before the block swimmer hits the water?
