Great narration. I love Jules Verne, he was a genius, way ahead of his time.

Was Verne the first science fiction writer to focus so much on including science education in the midst of his narrations? I have not specifically researched the question, but it seems so to this reader of much of the early contributors to the genre. As a child I was so taken with Verne that I stage crafted false gages and instrumentation for my bedroom wall, pretending it was Captain Nemo's bedroom with his essential cluster of such gages and indicators of the Nautilus' present operating condition. Also as others have duly noted, Mr. Beechy Harris has rendered superb reading of this classic outer space exploration masterpiece. Excelsior!

Excellent voice acting, very well done. My advice is to watch some of the pronunciations, particularly for some proper names--I had to rewind & listen again a few times to get what the dialogue actually meant--but I'm very glad to have these audio books available to me now! Thank you for providing them, & for sharing your talents!

No one will ever write a book like Verne could. The only one whom ever came close is Douglas Adams, in my opinion. Wonderfully done. Thank you.
