In this video, I would like to introduce all employer sponsored visas for all interested viewers. This includes subclass 400, 407, 408, 482, and 494 visas.
Each of them serves different function and with different requirements.
Only 482 with Medium-term stream and 494 visa could allow visa applicant to transfer into PR after 3 years of work.
All other ones all provides short-term work purposes.

No, it doesn't impact, as you can apply many visas once you get one, then you can with draw others. The ppint is two visas can't be active at one time. Suppose you have A visa and you get B visa as well then A visa will be cancelled. Hope it help.
