The legislation is clear, it a positive skill assessment Dati. Quite often skill assessments are based on RPL for all sorts of occupations and that is supported also by the ANZSCO descriptors as well. Thanks for watching

Visa holders no need to stay with employer 3 years .this visa means just want to stay in regional area with any sponsor .after 3 years visa holders don’t need employer nomination to apply 191 visa .just want to live in regional area with any sponsor

Prasu 494 visa holders must comply with the conditions on the visa. Yes it is correct that if a visa holder can find a regional employer which has an approved business sponsorship in place and also a nomination in place with the same occupation, then the visa holder can move on to a different employer. We will be making a new video just on these 494 visa conditions which are fairly complex so visa holders can be sure when it comes to the 191 application they will be found to have substantially complied with their visa conditions. Hi i am holding 494 visa since 2020 and i got a job offer from new company they process for my nomination transfer it's been more than 6 months but still i did't got the nomination transfer. How long it might take in this case? Due to my medical condition i resign from current job. In this condition is there any chance of my visa cancellation after 90 consecutive days or not?
