Tough to win at altitude, i'd definitely be sending over half the playing squad a week early to adjust to low oxygen environment. Boks did that the other year in New Zealand and it seems like a useful strategy. 6-2 split on bench is essential for these kinds of abrasive games.

Its what they call a down load week using periodization principles. Intensity and physical activity decreases. It will increase as the week goes on - so that excitement levels are elevated and they are jumping out of their skins come match day.
