@@FullmetalNinja25 Suppose that's true, I guess in my opinion the whole bridge allegory felt more restrictive opposed to the endless walkways the others had. Actually, it may have been better for Blake and Yang to take the endless paths, looking back on the past and slowly coming to terms to their feelings until the flow leads to it. Also going back to the bridge scene, I guess why I say they were pretty much given an ultimatum, either confess and be together, or stay on a rickety bridge, that you may or may not fall from, and wait out a storm. Yes they came to the decision on their own, but it still doesn't sit right with me.

I’m sure a lot of the nay-sayers are going to claim that the confession was sudden, forced, or demanded. But, I disagree. I never liked the expression “fall in love”, it makes love sound more spontaneous than it is, and the same goes for these two. They didn’t just “fall” in love. They fought for it, step by step. Against themselves, their fears, their doubts, their traumas, their losses, and no shortage of external forces (I.E. Adam and Ilya). That scene was a long time in the making and I don’t think any love scene was ever so deep, beautiful, and more than anything else: earned. They deserve this

I hate that people say it came out of nowhere even though it's been hinted and shown throughout the whole run of the show . Honestly if you have to make a compilation to show it, then it was poorly written. Just like the final season of GOT they had a series of flashback phrases play to try and convince you that Danny was turning bad. I love RWBY and the characters, I'm fine with Yang and Blake getting together, but past establishments and characters were written out and forgotten about to make it happen. I don't dislike them getting together, just the poor writing that was made to do so. Not to mention the hand fisted times the show had to remind you or force you to know they area thing, like the Ren and Nora scene talking about it.

I don't think I've ever been more emotionally invested in a fictional story character relationship than Bumbleby. Throughout my watching of the RWBY volumes I was definitely interested in the story and the other characters for sure, but I LIVED for these moments when we got to see the relationship develop between Blake and Yang. To the video editor and post creator; This was great! Thank you so much for taking the time to gather, compile and share these moments with us! Not everyone knows how much effort goes into this process. From one video editor to another, I really like How you wove these select pivotal moments together into one smooth watch culminating in (What I believe is) the most heartwarming, tear jerking, emotionally fulfilling scene in the entire RWBY series to date.

I'll be honest, I'd really fallen out of love with RWBY the past few years. Not gonna harp on issues because there's already so many people all over the internet who've said it better than I ever could. But volume 9 just feels different somehow, in the best way. Everything I've ever complained about is being addressed. Hell, Curious brought up how boring exposition is and it _didn't_ feel like lampshading! And episode 6 just sealed the deal for me. RWBY's finally saying "screw it, we're doing this." Ten years is a lot longer than I wanted to wait, but this feels earned, and it honestly gives me hope for the series as a whole. I mean, I haven't been truly invested for years now, but I still teared up over the kiss. It's like we toughed it through a rough patch, and now we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
