I enjoy seeing how other resellers have their work area setup. I'm in a one bedroom apartment, so I don’t have a lot of space and need to keep everything organized. Mine is in the corner of the living room and inventory stored in the entryway closet.

my post office hates seeing me come in because they know if I come in #1 they are getting chewed out #2 they messed up, I seldom have problems with them picking up anymore

I list my inventory with care and quality, as you mentioned. My feedback reflects this as buyers state as described, nice packaging, etc. The downside is I list a lot less, but I'm ok with that.

Hi I like to test , clean and after photos package the item. Then I weigh it and have an accurate weight and size. Then I can sit down and list. Works for me 😊

Interesting format for a video. Not sure if daily is worthwhile, as you may run out of things to say, especially since you have your other videos. Maybe do this type of video weekly. Monday Musings or Thursday Thoughts or something like that. Agree with you about the concept of buyer retention. Some sellers are too antagonistic with buyers. If a buyer is turned away from ebay because of Seller A, then they won't buy from ebay again and that means Sellers B-Z will get less sales. Most buyers do not care about buying from an ebay "store" (unless they are collectors of a specific specialty niche) and sellers need to recognize that, instead of putting their ego ahead of business. Sellers will say "i don't care if that buyer buys from me again, good riddance" but what he's really doing is turning that buyer away from every seller on the platform. Appreciate your attention to detail, especially with the cleaning. Your listings look good and items are presented well. I am pretty meticulous about cleaning things before selling as well, especially since I keep inventory in my own home and it feels icky to have something thrift-store 'cooties' in my house. Death pile accumulates in the garage and workshop until cleaned.

No you’re not alone! I’ve got a room full of junk .. I collect packing supplies that I never use .. I can’t throw them away .. I have issues! I’m remodeling so imagine the mess! Most of my junk is to be listed on my small store! That air gun looks good 👍 My best pics were from my old camera .. my iphone takes crappy pics .. I noticed a lot of sellers are turning to wholesale lots to sell.. I feel everyone follows or copies KZbinrs …. So things only switch when people are not making enough Reselling .. scary that my e will will run out of ideas to keep things going 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey! later on I thought about what you said, and you're right about the late shipment/delivery metrics. I am really focused on having the drop off scans because I was having so many issues with USPS delays and late deliveries (like a lot of other people were this spring/summer). Having the tracking uploaded on time has a smaller weight in your seller level but again you just have to upload tracking in within the stated handling time. The self service kiosks count on ebay metrics as an on time drop off scan so that's what I was normally using in the past for most of my packages. But yeah ebay shows the delivery date to the buyer at checkout based on your stated handling time, printing the label doesn't affect that estimate since it was already given to the buyer. I have heard this idea before about printing the label where people treat it like it's a drop off scan and I think it's a common misconception. Anyway I really like this new format, it's good because even though you feel like you're just talking it gives you an opportunity to teach which you like and you're good at. LOL and the mess is definitely relatable for some of us. But yeah I feel like it has something for all the viewers- new sellers can see some of the processes and get ideas, and more experienced sellers and longtime viewers would still be interested in what you're discussing since it's not specifically a "how to" video.

As Ebay read scanned.. If the item is scanned in 1 day or even the day 2 with a 3 day handling time will make it look better in Ebays eyes. :)

I love this. You have a great postal carrier. Ours would never. She will dump packages at the foot of our mailbox across the street in the grass, while I'm here with the garage door open. Carrier scans.... Forget it. So lazy!
