FYI Meidas Touch addressed the reason that they were not wanting to give the 14th Amendment argument that Jessica was promoting any air. The Supreme Court was asked to rule on whether Colorado could not put Trump's name on the ballot and the court ruled that they had to put his name on the ballot, based on the 14th Amendment. But, the court went further than that and ruled that the 14th Amendment could ONLY be applied by congress, which the constitution does not say at all. Jessica is correct about what the constitution says, but this Supreme Court has ignored it and made up something new. Totally wrong, but who is there to police the Supreme Court? It's pretty clear that they are corrupted to the point of nonsense rulings that only promote Trump. Jessica is right, but also wrong about the scope of the ruling, which gives false hope to those of us who crave it.

Jessica was forced off Meidas because she is incorrect about the 14th amendment. Popok explained it is a short video that there a while bunch of areas where this situation with dumpy isn’t the correct application of the amendment. I understand the desire to have a reason force the repugs hand and not give them the power the 14th isn’t going to work.
