I love how they keep putting Easter eggs in this show from the game, the very small details like the camera view when you hack it and the delamain cab. P.s I love delamain he is the best companion in the game that's always fun to interact with. I'll honestly give this episode a 7.5

What you call glitching out is called Cyberpsychosis in the Cyberpunk Universe and it is a mental disorder that occurs when you use your augmentations too much(Human bodies can only take so much by using cybernetics) and once you go cyberpsycho that is it for the person(and like I said there is no cure for it) and in Night City having a happy ending is extremely rare(it is truly a dystopian world). Also what you call a nightmare was called a Dreamdance and in the Cyberpunk Universe a dreamdance is a collection of a persons memories and they edit it and turn it into a virtual reality experience for those who put those visors on(it can range from pornos to full on snuff films) and they sell for a lot especially to corpos. Like I said the cyberpunk universe is one truly dystopian cesspool of augmentation, lust and madness. David is now a man and he wants to chrome out on badass augmentations and from what he likes he seems to be a fighter type of cyberpunk.

@@ZeallustImmortal No there isn't for the only one that escaped cyber-psychosis was Adam Smasher and he did that is by embracing it 100% since he didn't have much use for his humanity since he considered it a weakness and members of a special division within the police department(they were able to stem it and in doing so they barely keep their humanity on).

Cyberpsychosis is not Curable but it is treatable if you downgrade your tech and get medication and therapy. Problem is those that go over the edge are too violent and too full of dangerous cyberware to be kept alive so they are almost always killed by MaxTac.

It is American setting in an American game ( The original TTRPG )... And the sub fails to properly capture the slang and dialect. Really you can almost think of the Japanese language as the Dub. And for some ungodly reason they don't use the same script For the subtitles over Japanese voices that they used for closed captioning over the English voices.
