Here's another shoulder exercise video. This one works on stabilizing your rib cage with the hand that's on the ground, while the other rolls across a ball or roller as far as it can reach. You want to focus on keeping your ribs stable, while your shoulder blade on the moving arm slides up and around your ribs.
This is good for those who struggle with shoulder impingement, or over head athletes who need to learn to reach overhead without using their back to do so.
