I think it makes sense that some lines were cut. Like others have said, he’s reserved and composed. He doesn’t lose his cool often (except the Vortigaunt thing, he was pissed). He reminds me of Gus Fring. Rarely losing his cool, but being still so utterly evil.

Hearing Gman getting partially aggressive to freeman and actually swear is like actually hearing a disney princess say the F word in a official disney movie. Also in both half life 1 and opposing force, Gman's voice lines have static sounds in the background, but why is it much prominent in opposing force to the point were gman sounds like he is now talking through a radio?

The static comes from how sound files are compressed in GoldSrc. The longer the sound, the more compressed the file. The lines in Half-Life are segmented into different sequences, with a new file for every locale G-Man takes you to. In Opposing Force, it's one continuous monologue, making there less segmentation and thus more compression. You can hear how much less compressed the "No regrets" line sounds in the shortened version (1:25) compared to the full cut line (1:30).
