Accuracy and base PP are low, while it has a lot of power it will miss a lot and will run out of PP fast, you can fix the PP problem with a PP max or PP up but you can’t fix the accuracy of the move.

My question is even if this base 140 stab move hit donphan (uninvested with evs of course) on it's weak special defense would it have knocked it out in one hit?? Well the answer is NO because Rapidash's special attack is very mid if I remember correctly so quit yapping Also that Donphan has been through a lot of battles so it has actual evs to help even more with it's stats and raise them a little bit

Runner Dunner Sturdy would only "work" against moves like Horn Drill or Fissure in which it negated its 1 HIT KO guarantee. Gen V got better in which it prevented 1 HIT KO attacks from any move. Unless the opponent had Mold Breaker.
