A pitch shift is really easy to do, but sounds artificial usually, but just using Morshu’s sound clips he actually managed to make it seem like an actual person.

Ultimate (through mods) Impa in Breath of the Wild (through official means) I doubt Phillips, let alone Nintendo would recognize Morshu as nothing more than a character they unintentionally licensed. I don't think they meant to give life to a singer with such musical pipes as seen in this game.
