@WorldofTech - So i have an issue. We have an ipad 7th gen. At first, it was rebooting over and over so we tried a few different things. Now it is coming up with the plug into computer icon. We have plugged it into a macbook and tried to update, then into my PC with a fresh download of Itunes. Both times it came up with error 4013. Apple phone support couldnt help. We are good if the ipad factory resets, we just really need it for a trip we are about to go on with a lot of hours of driving. Any help as soon as possible would help tremendously.

Just incase you’re wondering, it has to do with your storage, sadly, when this happens it’ll be on that iPad/Phone forever but your storage on your iPad will choose how long it stays like that at a time so for an example you did a factory reset and it still does it, but since there’s no actual storage, games, photos, etc. it’ll turn on in 30 minutes to an hour. But since I have a lot of storage it took a month to turn back on but it could be longer, I suggest getting a new iPad but don’t worry if you connect your new iPad to the old one that does it, the glitch won’t transfer to your new iPad. Usually this happens when your iPad is really low on storage, or if it’s an old iPad.
