My favorite Lego theme. Sad thing is, that Lego will never made sets like this anymore. Nostalgy is strong in me.

the vibe rom this theme was strong, like the bat knight dimension. Just amazing theme that we were lucky to play with. The harry potter or star wars were never in my interests, the original themes got me. From 97 to 02, those were my legos

Miss this old school Lego Western. My brother and I have the fort Legorado and town set, and we goin wild create our own spaghetti western and recreate many Lucky Luke & John Wayne classics!!

I had a lot of fun with these Western sets as a kid. So many adventures that crossed over with my Time Cruisers and Time Twisters sets. Thanks for putting this video together!

Strong strong nostalgia... i got the 1996 sets when i was a child. Seeing the price now makes me want to cry lol. I remember my parents sold it for like 10 francs at the time... goddamnit.

Both 6712 and 6716 were sets from 1997. Every single website will say otherwise, but they were not available to buy until 1997. I know this because I didn't have any money as a kid to buy any Wild West sets (the cheapest was the Sheriff's Office for $19.99) and it was not listed anywhere, including their magazines and promo materials. This was not a fever dream, it actually happened.

Well, they sell what people buy. That is the sad truth. At least they release some old school material in every 5-10 years for us like castles and pirate ships. Not just the newer things. Also there is the city ones which are still nice actually. Though they dont feel so awesome as these old sets.
