@@reenalukose4170 I used to do 10,but then I got inspired by a king who used to do 108 times.I tried by increasing instantaneously to 50 as baba ramdev said you won't need to go to gym if you do 50 Surya namaskar.Its true I was sweating like I just bathed. I did them consistently for years. Now I don't do frequently but I do push-ups and yoga. But it's important to do it rightly than to do many wrongly.Because it will cause unintended effects if we don't do it properly.

Actually slightly loose comfortable cotton clothes should be worn during yoga practices. Tight dresses prevent blood circulation n any circulation for that matter.

Malasana is actually my favorite asana. I do this multiple times per day. I was supposed to get a knee replacement a few years ago yoga saved me. Did anyone else notice the giant spider behind her left foot? It started walking at the end of the video.😮

I couldn’t even begin to get in that pose 😂 But I did sit on a corner of a bench in a stretched position, legs apart as much as possible and did the twist thing. It helped tremendously with hip/joint area to stretch. This is my problem area. It felt great!! Mine was extremely modified but this really helps!! Thank you!! Goals!

wish i could sit like that. Something about my achilles tendons or my proportions makes me tip back every time. At 44, I am pretty fit and flexible; I can still sit in the Lotus position all day, can put my palms flat on the floor while standing with straight legs but have never been able to sit like that with heels on ground - even as a kid either.
