As it is the year end, you are one person I have to thank sincerely for having changed my life completely. Into my 30's and was thinking of some kind of exercise at home as the sedentary lifestyle and my body had started showing signs of focusing on health.Yoga was always in mind and had started searching for videos on youtube. But started to do after seeing your video that was apt for beginners, simple and gave the confidence to get started.And there is something about you that inspired me to incorporate better lifestyle.obviously it wasn't easy but as the year end I'm so grateful to you for showing this side of it.Its not only about physical asanas now but about a healthy way of life. Suggestion based on my personal experience would be to try if you can hold for 10 seconds in case of a beginner . Always be mindful and ensure that you don't make it uncomfortable for your mind/body. Stopping at 80 per cent of your capacity is what i followed.

I really liked how the video had explanation of benefits of each pose. I did the yoga as I was watching it. When I did the tree pose I kept losing balance but I was encouraged how she said try and challenge the body. "Its about practice and not about perfection." Well said:)

I'm not in shape, and this is challenging but not overwhelming and relaxing yet engaging! Most yoga videos I've seen are either way to advanced or completely boring. This is the best one I've found and I love the part 2 as well. It's day 2 for me doing it and I plan to make it a daily routine. ❤️

I have even attended in person yoga sessions and all they do is move you through different poses without focusing on correct form. Thank you for presenting such a simple and succinct routine with clear instructions on what each pose does and how to move into the pose. I recommend this to any perfectionist. She emphasizes The daily practice is the thing, not if you achieve perfect form every time. Patience with your yourself and physical limits as you go through this routine can be the hardest thing. But that is also part of the training.

First, thank you for this wonderful minutes of practice. I found you yesterday, the 8 OF February 2021. What a wonderful day. I started with your poses and I am aware I have to stay with you for the next month till my body starts responding. On the tree pose, my left leg remains low...my feet rests on my ankles. While my right leg can reach till the shin level. Both poses with my arms raised. Is that okay? Even if my left foot is lower than the right?

Ok, I have been having knee pain for some time, after trying few things, I turned to yoga. Although these Asans are basic ones, but surprisingly I am getting a whole lot of relief. I am pleasantly surprised, how some generic basic Yoga has started helping in my knee pain.

I'm 20 and I have the worst stamina that anyone can have. Never did yoga exercise or any kind of outdoor games also. But this is even taking a toll on my physical health as well as my studies and daily lifestyle. That's why I'm here and hoping to follow this tutorial for at least 2 weeks before moving on to next level. Leaving a comment so that I feel motivated to do it everyday. Day 1- Even though I'm non-athletic,these felt pretty easy. Although they were not perfect and i felt like falling during the last one,but i completed it✅ Day2- Done✅ Woke up late so couldn't do it in the morning,but did it in the evening Day3- Done✅ Day4- Done ✅

Thank you for the video. I’m recovering from knee pain that has lasted for four years. I’m a Chinese and I’ve had acupuncture and Chinese traditional massage. Along those therapies I think I should also pick up yoga again to self help!
