SO if you couldn't tell, this was not my original vision for this project. For whatever reason, I can't get away with using high quality footage of these movies without it looking like... well, THAT. I tried for hours to edit the clips down to a point where KZbin would let them slide, but it seems for every clip I fix a different one becomes the problem. So, the only solution became covering up most of the clips. This wasn't a situation where I could've put the video up and just demonetized it, the whole thing would always get blocked in all territories. As unwatchable as this version is, I still greatly appreciate the viewership since this is the version that will make me any kind of money. One thing that sticks with me about "Stuck on Christmas" is the presence of Aunt Gertie, a character who's never appeared before or since. Ma'am, who are you? Can you prove you're actually related to the Ducks? Pinpoint your location on their family tree, please!

That bothers me too. Why they didn't use Grandma Duck instead? She would made more sense be here then Aunt Created-Only-For-This-Movie.

Honestly, it would have made more sense just to make her be Mrs. Beakley. I guess then I guess the problem could be you'd have to explain where Webby is, but these characters already change up infinitely between appearances, so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say that Mrs. Beakley just doesn't have Webby in this universe.

She could be more like Aunt Fanny, the aunt of Gus Goose, who is Donald's cousin.

The magi short will always make me emotional. Its MY FAVORITE disney christmas short so im glad it made 1st on the list. I also think that santa being real in the goofy and max short doesnt take away the magic of their bond being fixed. Max still learned his lesson and goofy got to have his son's special day.

Great ranking! Elmo Saves Christmas did the Christmas every day segment better too imo. Elmo legitimately thinks everyone will be happier. It also goes nicely into a pre established song Keep Christmas With You, and it has a unique spin of the characters still having their years go on so we have Christmas in spring and summer and how Christmas gets in the way of other holidays. So it works better overall, other than some fridge logic as to why everyone doesn't just STOP celebrating Christmas. I also agree that Once Upon a Christmas is far better overall.

Watched both of these for the first time a week ago, and I had absolutely NO warning about Twice’s animation. I almost turned it off immediately lmao, but I’m glad I stuck it out for the Goofy and Max short specifically. Also I want to note that a common thread between three of your top four is Pete. Pete = Top Tier Mickey Short.

I would like to give some insight on why the animation for Twice Upon A Christmas was why it was how it ended up! It was released in 2004 and this film was officially the very first time that Mickey and Friends were animated in a 3D form! The studio behind the film, Disneytoon Studios, was the third major film animation studio for Disney Animation as a whole before it shut down in 2018! Hope this explains the animation situation for Twice Upon A Christmas!

The 3D animation after that Mickey’s Twice Upon A Christmas incident got better in Mickey Mouse Clubhouse which is the show that saved the Mickey Mouse franchise in a great way.

If you’re looking for a Groundhog Day Christmas special, you should try Christmas again. It actually teaches a viable lesson about a girl who was actually sometimes very rude, but she learns how to be nice at the end and actually gives Christmas cheer to everybody has her own troubles herself, and fits in perfectly With the story

Here's a factoid for you! Roxanne was supposed to be in the Christmas Maximus segment but the animators couldn't figure out how to animate her hair right in 3D, so she was replaced with Mona

Twice Upon a Christmas was so bad, that it’s apparently the reason that Mickey and the gang haven’t been in a movie ever since. Plus, the computer animation is really ugly. I’m really amazed that Disney will acknowledge this film, but not Runaway Brain or House of Mouse (both of which are way superior).

I remember Goofy dressed up as Santa Claus in Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas, also my dad dressed up as Santa Claus too, then my families believed he was in shopping and buy newspaper then i was a kid. I know why Goofy lost the beard and santa hat and Max has became wise in Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas, and my dad was not do it, but he has never lost santa mask and santa hat, not like Goofy.🙂

Sure Twice Upon a Christmas may keep Mickey's Ears still but it was Until Mickey Mouse Clubhouse where they return the ears tilting to the side.
