One thing that I find most lovable about All Might and it's the same thing that makes his such a goated character is that not only is he teaching the next generation of Heroes but he's also learning from them too while also teaching the previous generation that even with how broken Hero Society may be even a Quirkless Man can dare to dream to fight someone like All For One and here All Might stands laughing in the face of the Ultimate Evil because Quirk or not he is the Symbol of Peace that will fight for the sake of others because that's what it really means to be a Hero.
