Thank you for the insight, got your program's earlier in the week, changed my nutrition as per your video, already sleeping better and energy levels have improved significantly.... I also have switched out milk at home to lactose free milk 12 mths ago, it has made a hugh difference, including less mucus...which is a hugh deal to my asthma...today I did a 10k walk, double my usual distance... super 😄... thank you for explaining nutrition simplified... getting ready today to start mtb fitness program on Monday....

Love your work and channel. This is solid advice but if you're trying to have a whole foods plant based diet you can add a heap of seeds and nuts to breakie. Much as I love eggs those of us that are older and with elevated blood cholesterol can't really do 3 eggs a day without suffering the consequences.

Lots of useful info and reminders in this Matt. Thanks! Slowly working through your videos. You've been busy! The 10 min formats are great just as a memory jogger and learn new things. Off to get some 'brain sharp' now!!

You have a lot of echo. Few solutions are around you without adding any cost to make a video. You might wanna have those window behind you and besides the shelf open instead of closed. If its cold out there and you dont wanna keep them open then try putting a pair of socks folded and just sleeve it on the bottom of your phone. It will not completely nullify the echo but it will help you lessen it quite a bit. The base of your pitch is heavy and thats a gift actually but not in a closed room. Otherwise, the info and location is great. Feels homely and people will relate to it easily than the studio lights setup all the time glaring at you. Best of luck brother for your next ride and thanks for the video....👍

Nice kitchen Matt! I have enjoyed watching your videos while I am riding the recumbent (for now). Keep them coming! You did a great job encapsulating key take-always in a reasonable consumable amount of time! 👍

Matt thanks for the info, I can physically see where I'm going wrong in a lot of ways and can relate to the the down sides and positives totally. Especially the sugar levels spiking in the morning and giving you the bad start to the day.. Cheers buddy taken some refreshing advice from that video, that i will put into practice...(once i put this cake down lol)

I like your videos friend but you should improve the sound, I can't hear what you're saying most of the time because of the echo but I keep trying because they're very informative! Also I'm not a native English speaker. Also is that a pyramid out the window?!

Informative video Matt, but you need to mic yourself up as the echo in this and others that you film indoors makes it really annoying to focus on. Good content tho. 👍
