Hey Ntando, pretty simple: Workout duration: about 1 to 2 hours Diet: eat whatever you like (as long as it’s clean and full of nutrients) and just watch your calorie intake, make sure it fits your goal; wether it’s maintaining, losing or gaining your weight

All before 1hr run and walk then one hr of weights. Afterwards 30 min nap then 8oz salmon or chicken or liver, grilled vegetables, whole grain rice or pasta, half a sweet potato and about 20 to 32oz of water then another 30 min nap or rest period. Any advice good or bad will be considered. Just trying to see if I'm on the right path. Thanks to all in advance 🙏

This is great video because life is definitely too short to just eat raw chicken breast and broccoli every day. I couldn't agree more on this video. I mean, you can eat exclusively clean food, but no longer than a month or two months max. You simply get bored . Diet has to be flexible if you want it to be sustainable long-term. I'm currently following a meal plan from Dietarize (thank me later 😉). They allow choosing the foods you actually enjoy eating and even make some space for cheat meals. Results are great so far.

Meat protein takes far too long to get into your system, especially red meat. I generally take some powdered protein in a small amount with Creatine two hours prior to my morning workout. After my workout, I make a natural peanut butter, banana, plain yogurt shake and drink that in addition to eating three eggs. For lunch, I am eating cheese and cottage cheese and tuna or salmon with an apple. The meat gets eaten at the dinner meal with veggies, beans, and good complex carbs.

Sadly i can't take whey protein because it gives me bad stomach. Even the isolate do. Egg white liquid (cooked) works really fine to build up muscles. Also oats, spinach.

I have one confusion : post workout body will be still burning energy(consuming fat in the process) , and adding protein sooner would cause insulin spike which would hamper fat breakdown. So if i want to loose fat and gain muscle what would be the best time for protein consumption?
@jaredhutchins86303 жыл бұрын
I feel as the anabolic window is not a myth because I’ve always made sure to have 40g protein before the 40 min mark of completing a workout and I feel like it has helped alot

I usually have lunch at 11.30-12.00, then have my workout at around 2PM, and done at 3.30-4.00PM. Should I immediately have a scoop of whey protein after that? I normally bring my whey shaker to the gym with me and drink it right before I leave the gym. Then when I get home, I eat 1-2 bananas and 1/3 or 1/3 a protein bar, is that fine?

Yes, most people know that Jesus is the truth, but Jesus never said that people should not take care of themselves. Stop brainwashing people.
