We share the same story. Respect. I played soccer until college and even had some MLS tryouts but never made it pro and gave it up to then have a family and kids and grow my career. I now run and workout to fill the void soccer left.

I'm a beginner and it's shockingly embarrassing how unconditioned I am aerobically. I have to run like 4.5 mph in order to keep my HR below 170 or so lol...

I’ll start preparing for a marathons because of your last two videos. I’m from Chile 🇨🇱 and now I’m living in Europe and I’ve all the conditions to reach my beast and you were the last motivation that I needed. I’ll buy my first pair of shoes and even don’t know how to start I know that even having 29 years it’s a good time to start. Thank you nico, and I’m sorry for my English I’m just learning but, thanks for the motivation bro, you’re a very nice guy who deserves only the best ❤.

So what you're saying is you ate a raw egg, a spoon full of honey, and some energy gummies to run 16 miles, and then just ate a bunch of food after right?

Aye bro, Got a new sub, Currently reside in Scottsdale Camelback area, I run as well & weight lift, but was a athlete in H.S. W some injuries restricted my playing ability & just took to mobility and longevity workouts. Running out here on these hills is nice and very new at every location.

This is so much better than all out success. This is a phenomenal video, thanks for all the honesty and true moments. I ran a 2:49:54 in Rotterdam recently and couldn’t believe I made it with 6 seconds to spare. Let’s go, you did amazing man. You can be INCREDIBLY proud of yourself. It’s all about the journey.
