Fibromyalgia is a common disease of narcissistic abuse. Think about it you're living in a body that's constricting. All your systems are chronically inflamed and over stimulated. Just as thyroid disease is very common. Cortisol depletes your iodine and selenium which is needed for thyroid function. Cortisol destroys your health not to mention all your life force goes to the narcissist.
