@@smashers6971 to be honest, in one episode Jerry's actions directly cause Tom's death and he laughs it off, in another Tom is executed by the guillotine because of Jerry's gluttony so by all means Tom's hatred for Jerry is justify. Also this is Batman and Joker, no matter if the Joker hasn't done anything yet, Batman will beat him up because he knows how much of a threat Joker is if let free to his own devices
