It's cool to see your Mississippi Maps. I have a female who is absolutely not shy. I'm in the process of adding sand to both tanks - how do you keep it from going into the filter?

What kind of filter do you have?

@@Tommys_reptilesPenn Plaza Cascade 1500 on the current sandless, and a Sunsun HW304B on the sand one.

@@ashleymoore9364you can possibly use some rocks to protect the inlet from sucking up sand
