I just wonder how streetable it actually is because I really wanna build a regular cab at this level to street drive vs pushing my 2020 anymore 828whp is fun but once you get a taste you really want more and I want something not 8k pounds 4d 😂 and still wanna keep this truck as it is being it’s reliability has been great and I tow with the truck no problems. 1500-1700whp and be able to street drive it without problems id start the build today once I get clear information on can it be done and be reliable enough to make a acouple hour trip or even be safe enough to jump in it and make a 12hr trip to a state enjoy a vacation and drive back without worry.

Nice features. Rub it in haha. I’m still in the taking days to reprogram and custom tune with the stock ecu. You have to appreciate the safety features and limiters. They even work when you don’t want them to haha.

With my truck being an early 04 I am wanting to go with the Bosch 25 sport because I'm sick and tired of single tuning the truck everytime something gets updated, I wish we had a simple system to add in a dsp5 switch because I would just do that but I atleast haven't found a simple way to do that so I'm saving up the pennies to change the whole system out especially with the 6.7 engine I am gonna be swapping in, it will just be so much easier with the sport system❤❤❤❤ awesome truck build for sure I hope mine screams anything like it does ❤❤❤

My truck is identical 300,000 of blowing coal all deleted and it’s the 600+ hp tons of torque iron sled just hold down and never let off. I’m impressed with this truck although there is more to be desired on the steering center linkage and ball joints. I’m about to just to put a different front end in it unless there is a fix

So did y’all build this truck start to finish? Really want to build a regular cab and push these kinda numbers but be able to street drive the truck without to much worry or is this an impossible goal and be somewhat reliable if you are beating the heck out of it. Thanks in advance for any info. And I’m not dreaming I have a 2020 that makes 828 whp but it’s not enough and I really don’t wanna push it anymore being I work the truck a tow 11k-15k regular with it. And it reliability has but great the past year even racing it and better pretty hard on it in the street/track. Love this truck setup in the video it’s clean can’t wait to see it at ucc

with high horsepower builds, yes, they can be very streetable and reliable when combined with common sense. No you can't make 2000hp without some risk of carnage, but good equipment goes a long way to making it reliable and only using those big power numbers occasionally. at 1200hp you can make them go laps, at 1700hp your time between transmission refreshes significantly decreases at full weight.

What’s wild to me, is the fuel quantities y’all are talking about at 900+ hp on fuel, when transferred to a 7.3 with some loose maths, it would be lucky to pump out 650. Either us 7.3 guys are way behind the curve or I’m missing something.

Ur 7.3 is huei system these new diesels are common rail big difference between the 2. You will never be able to make that kind of power on a 7.3l powerstroke because of the fuel system. The only way to do it is ppump it.

Commonrail is atomizing the fuel at 28xxx psi give or take, that’s where the difference is not alone in how many injection events you can do compared to Heui can do. A 7.3 converted to a common rail would be neat, but be very expensive compared to Cummins tired a true set ups now.

Super low mile 6.7 probably 25k another 25-50k in parts plus labor somewhere in the ballpark 75-100k

Try to keep the rev limiter at a safe level. I know your company had mine set very high so it could blow itself up. Your stock performance tunes too. Ask me what breaks 1st!

@AH-mp5di valves floated, broke a tappet which windowed the block on its way to the oil pan. If everyone else says the valves float below 4k, why on earth would a tuning company set the limiter to 5500 as a standard tune on a stock truck

Bosch is in Germany and the products are utilized in formula race cars. They are a top tier option for engine management and look extremely clean when programmed.

This is a pre emissions truck and on the 538hp setting the emissions output is as clean as a stock truck, so when he is offroad he has the ability to turn the power up and use for competition
