Paldean facts: Bellibolt is based off the Cuyaba dwarf frog (from South America), which has large "false eyes" on its rear that can emit a poisonous secretion when threatened. Grafaiai's painted forest is based off the Oma forest in Basque Country within northern Spain, which was an art project aimed to display the horrible and ghastly harmony between nature and human presence. Baxcalibur is based off the Concavenator, whose fossils were first discovered in Spain, and it has a crest on its back and quills on its forelimbs.

The Ancient/Future Pokémon do use their original names as their cries. When you encounter the Titan Great Tusk/Iron Treads they both shout donphan. And is the area Zero story when you encounter Scream Tail and Iron bundle, they also use their original names.

Can this be your official audition for the English dub? I’m sold on these voices just from hearing you do the starters! Also, that voice for Annihilape absolutely terrified my soul… perfect for a dead and angry Ghost/Fighting primate Pokémon! And the voices you did for Iron Moth and Iron Hands are very reminiscent of the wizards from the first Spyro game, and I love it! I think my favorite voices you did are Quaquaval, Fuecoco, Nymble, Espartha, Palafin (hero), the entire Smoliv line, Bellibolt, Grafaiai, Varoom, Cyclizar, Tandemaus, Baxcalibur, Annihilape, Wattrel, Bombirdier, Fidough, Bramblin, Scream Tail, Iron Moth, and the entire Tinkatink line.

POV: You just criticized a move by Disney. You're walking in a city and you encounter Tandemaus at 3:29. Unfazed by their cute voice, you keep walking. They then evolve into Maushold, jumping in front of you, and uses Population Bomb...you've realized you just messed with the wrong Mouse and his agents. As a Hispanic (whose great grandma was from Spain), it's about time Pokémon did a Hispanic-based region. And as a dachshund owner, about time there's a dachshund-based Pokémon, because it simply warms my heart and reminds me of my own. My senior dachshund has tons of health issues but she's still going strong and fighting, like a Pokémon would.

The 'engine sound' interpretation actually dovetails nicely into a regional explanation, in that Paldea is Poke-world's version of Spain (and you can kinda see Kalos, aka France, to the northeast of the map, like it would be in real-life Spain), and Spanish features a lot of rolled R's anyway, so it's kind of an 'is it the one reason, is it the other, is it both?'

My favorite thing about Paldea besides the region being Hispanic-based has got to be the Gym leaders. I mean, Iono is worried about copyright, hoping to gain subscriptions by streaming her battles, and she looks like a VTuber...they absolutely nailed it.
