Q&A for next time with andrei. Can everyone fish on the beach and walk to their boats or do all friends need to back out and lobby up in the menu for boats? And is boat keepnet separated from beach keepnet? Also will there be an engine update to Unreal Engine 5.3 in the future? As Fishing Planet Graphics looks so outdated compared to many other games released nowadays

Great video as always, ive a question about FP but not directly about the video. Is it possible to log out of fishing planet on my playstation so its no longer accessible and set up a new psn on a new playstation and log back into fishing planet and still have all saved data ,lvl's etc ?

I got an answer for all of my questions...but the thing is that I will not be able to play this map like 50% of fishing planet players....level 83??? Im playing fishing planet since 2020 and I am 38 level....I dont grind,yes but what's the point on a such a big add to the game if most of the players wont be able to play?

Hey there, I know it's unusual for people who aren't used to playing these games. But for me - who grew up playing World of Warcraft... yes. Expansions usually are added to the end of the game so that players have more to do. More to work towards. Adding content in the middle, especially for a game you can't start over, gives your top fans at the max level nothing to work towards.

@@BoAngles i must agree with Bo alot of players at the moment are level 80 and do not have much do besides comps and missions if you havnt already completed all of the missions. So an update of this gratitude is welcomed by most myself included. I just hope alot of the bugs are fixed as well

Are we Gunna be able to craft baits at other locations for example using common tilapia to create the tilapia bait for congo. Or minnows for small and large depending on the size

Like another guy asked, however i didnt quite understand your answer in that sort of way, there will not be a boat you can buy with in-game money right? Yes sure, it wouldnt be necessary if theres only one map you can have it on but in the long run it would be cheaper if you could just buy your own instead of renting one for each day. Could it be possible that it would be added with a second saltwater map, if there will be one that is but if i remember correctly you said there would come a few more maps eventually.

I'm conflicted on the update, I'm excited because so much new stuff is coming, but at the same time, I have 470 hours into this game on my main account, and 150 on a second account, and I just hit level 56 yesterday. Almost a months worth of time playing and I'll never get to experience this map or the new features unless I put most of that same amount of time into nothing but grinding. I'm glad the top level guys are getting something new from a game that can out in the mid 20 teens, but I hope some features trickle down eventually.

How do you have two accounts? Are they on different platforms? If not your breaking the rules of the game. You can only have one account per platform due to cheating on tournaments and competitions. One of those accounts will more than likely get banned so I would focus on just your main account that's the higher level. However you can have one account on Xbox one on Playstation one on PC one on Android and one on iPhone. I think a big part of your problem is your trying to level up multiple accounts stick to one and you'll level up faster than splitting up your time between the two. Also yes this game there's tons and tons of grinding to level up that's the way the game is designed. If you don't want to grind you can buy the DLC and just grind at the final two maps and level up really fast if that's the route you want to go as well. Personally I got to level 80+ on Xbox just by grinding mostly. I did buy the premium a few times but after I got to level 80 and did almost all the missions I started a new account on Android and am already at level 55 or something like that just by grinding again while watching TV. I really should start grinding more so I'll be able to unlock the ocean map right away on my phone as well but honestly I haven't really cared to much about that. Been grinding on a few other games instead on Xbox.

still no news if we will be able to do cross progression from steam to mobile anytime soon? Nobody wants to grind a 2nd time especially if they invested any money. but sometimes i dont feel like sitting at my computer virtual fishing for hours to grind levels when i could easily sit on the couch and do it on the phone while watching a movie.

I have been using steamlink app and Bluetooth controller to play away from my PC, works well but you do have to have your desktop running while you are gone for steam link to work

Or that Steam Deck thing isn't that specifically for playing your Steam games on a handheld gaming device? Myself I like having a mobile account and an Xbox account. I'm already at level 80+ on Xbox so it's kinda boring for me on there especially since I've done almost all the missions as well on there so starting a new account on mobile was fun to get to do everything all over again with little to no money invested in that one. Plus the mobile version you get to watch ads to get free Baitcoins as well. I think I've got like 300 Baitcoins already on that account. Just wish they would give you more for free on Xbox now!

In the guide he used 4/0 but if i remember correctly he said if you want to not get the 50lb you can use the 3/0 just fine but i recommend checking out the beguinners guide

🤩🤩All boats need more different 1 paint job plus 2 paint job possible on one boat for a buy-in shop cause it is no fun to see 5+ people in Congo in one spot with the same brown paint on a boat people should be able to paint their boats after a DLC purchase this update should be first

Also it was really early in the morning for him like 3am or something like that and he didn't go to bed yet so I'm sure he was very tired so give him a break. It was very nice of him to stay up that late and to even do the stream for us. Plus he's been working on this game for a very long time trying to get the new map released to us as well so I'm sure he's probably a little burned out cause they've all been working lots and lots of hours trying to get this new map out to us. They all deserve a break. Especially with the war going on over there as well. I'm sure everything is pretty stressful for them right now. So cut them some slack already

​@@BoAnglesexactly Bo! You just can't please some people! Cut them some slack already they've got a lot going on right now not only with the game but with the war going on over there as well! What would you rather they just throw out something that's not ready yet or polished? Then people like you will complain about how buggy it is. Look at what happened to Cyberpunk! They pushed the developers to put out a game that wasn't ready and it got nothing but bad reviews. Developers pushing to get a game out by a release date usually don't do very well cause it's not really ready or polished. I would rather they take their time and get it right before they release it and I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. The chat on Bo's live stream told them the same thing. It will be out when it's ready and not until then. Don't like that find a different game to play until it's released that's what I did. I also started another account on Android just so I could still play the game while out of town and to have missions to do again since I'm level 80+ on Xbox and already 55 or so on mobile now. Doing the holiday events again has been pretty fun as well. Some of them not so much with all the grinding but at least my progress will be saved till next year if I didn't get everything done.

Additionally, why would you require players to spend millions on a boat you can only use at one location? Seems like a damn if you do, damn if you don't sort of scenario.

@@BoAnglesWell the map is suppose to be 20x the size of any map right now. Every skip in time you will need to pay rental. Most of anyones time will be spent on new content since there is really no point going anywhere else unless your doing challenges or tourneys. So to say there’s no point spending millions on a boat would be saying there’s no point spending 60 bucks on a boat for one map. Did you buy a freshwater boat or do you continue to this day to rent one? You bought one like everyone else because it’s far more convenient than having multiple pop ups appearing when you enter a new day.

No… the boat is a rental for in game cash. There is a second boat you can get with a dlc- like most other maps around the same level.

I think they will be making more ocean maps and adding more fish to those cause in this part of the world where this map is taking place there aren't very many kinds of fish left in the ocean anymore due to over fishing amongst other contributing factors.

it's not very difficult it take yes many hours to up but it's very easy to farm xp on this game and the last map congo river is 80 with the farming unique nile perch 3 level is pretty easy
