Makes so much sense..not. Spider-man's webs come from webshooters he made. Could Rogue take them from him, of course, but her touch alone on his skin would be enough to take him down she wouldn't need to use his web shooters. I really miss Marvel Heroes\2014. In that MMO like game you could level up many Marvel Characters and Rogue was outstanding! Rouge could steal and keep the moves of allies and enemies (Including Bosses). You could make Rouge perform even better than the character that she took the move from.

Probably if Hope launched a special at the same time, it would be broken by the Phoenix effect, the problem is that the opponent's special would have to be launched exactly in the few seconds that Rogue has her wings activated.
