@@juzekost Nah, I don't even take king bible anymore. It's very bad until you get it evolved, and usually just before you get it evolved it does similar damage to the evolved form. Other weapons don't benefit a lot from the longer duration that you take to get king bible upgraded. Meanwhile we got upgraded Santa water now which synergizes with the attract orb, and upgraded lightning which comes with the duplication ring. Much better pairs. The upgraded santa water might be literally OP. Does the same job as garlic or king bible. Make sure to pick up axe and the candelabra though. That's become my 'try to get those every game' recipe.

@@KitZunekaze I just hate how bad the spellbinder is, it only really affects runetracer, bones and upgrades the bible, unholy vespers are the early playing gamer winner, but i think scythe is the comparable late gamer winner since it has more knockback and fires through the entire screen. and then you always want vandolier and hellfire, those two weapons consistently dish out the most damage in any of my runs. duplicator is an easy take, so lightning ring is hella good. now i dislike taking whip ( good early game item since the evolution is defensive utility and it's really good at making space right above you ), knife (very meh item imo, often you're retreating from enemies first off, so it doesn't lend itself to you well, and the bracer seems like such a shitty passive too ), garlic ( it always ends up being a bad take in the late game, and it's evolution is poopoo unless you're playing risky ) Vandolier, Hellfire, Thunder Loop, Scythe, King blades all seem like top tier weapons, i haven't had much experience with runetracer, bone. Holy wand is a very good starter weapon and Imelda was my favourite character to start out as but I feel like it needs more piercing to become as good as the top tier weapons.

You should check out the achievements to see what you have left to do in the game. Recent updates have added new evolutions, upgrades and characters. (Santa water and Lightning Ring are now among the weapons that have evolutions) Also worth noting, whenever you buy any upgrades in the "Power Up" tab on the main menu, it increases the prices of all other upgrades, and the cost goes up by a percentage of the base-price, making it more cost-efficient to buy the most expensive upgrades earlier. (You also get unlimited free resets, so you can mess around with those and see how it all works out) Anyway, looking forward to more of this.

Referring to you saying how do you improve the game after knowing the winning formula, there are a couple things that come to mind. An obvious one is adding either more passives/weapons, or several evolution paths for weapons. If you add more of them, then make it so based off the percentage you choose something during runs, then that's the percentage chance it has to NOT show up in future runs. So if you chose magic wand 80% of the time, it only has a 20% chance of showing up. If you choose for more evolutions, then increasing the time to an hour or 45 minutes per run, while also increasing the amount of mechanics you deal with. People just B line it to you, which is mostly fine. The only 3 exceptions I can think of are the plants surrounding you, the exploding ones, and the fast moving pack that pushes other enemies into you. So other things to keep an eye out for would be nice

meh. I don't really know that it's as much of a worry as he makes it out to be. If someone feels the game is "solved" just hit that refund coins button and play. I know he talks as if stat adjustment is a lame solution but the game does play dramatically differently when it's not quite as easy to take things like an early garlic and just get 30 levels by minute 10.
