Hi everyone! We’ve got an Terraria update coming out soon so I thought I’d see if I could round-up all the 1.4.5 spoilers and see what this Terraria & Dead Cells crossover is all about before I get working on some big projects! (…and I’m sure I’ve missed some spoilers so add them to this comment to share them with everyone!) Do you play Dead Cells? What’s your favorite thing/build/skin in it? I straight up almost always choose tactics (usually crossbows if I can get them) when playing dead cells. It’s so cool to see one of the KZbinrs I’ve been watching the longest play dead cells! Plus, I would love to see more dead cells playthroughs!

Happy Days, you should continue the “Just How Op” series into the calamity mod! I have used those videos as reference countless times in Vanilla Terraria and now that i’m venturing into the world of Calamity, I would love to see those videos with the Calamity content. One of my favorite builds in dead cells is one where you get the frost blast and a weapon called the nut cracker and you pair them together. The nut cracker is a Christmas themed hammer that deals extra damage to enemies that have certain debuffs, like being frozen. So you use the frost blast to freeze the enemies and then destroy them with the hammer and you’re almost completely untouchable at close range. The freeze does work on bosses but for a fraction of a second which makes this weapon pair slightly worse against bosses. You lose pretty much everything in the game when you die except for the cells that you give to the collector and the upgrades you get from him. btw Silk Song is not a DLC, it’s a new game

ice bow is better than frost blast if your running nutcracker since it allows for: -longer range -refreeze -ranged damage the only disadvantage is the ammo, but that doesnt prove a huge problem considering you only need one shot per enemy (as its a support weapon) (and it scales with survival)

What I REALLY want is another bundle of balloons, created by the Amber (Honey) Balloon, the pink (sharkron) balloon, and the green (fart) balloon. Having another set of triple jumps would be amazing, and more practical then taking up 3 slots just to get them

Hey happy. I would love to see one of those series you used to fo. Doing the story implemented terraria was a amazing idea :) Followed for a long time from those series because it was different than the other series. Keep it up though man your a amazing human dont forget that

If I had to guess the first thing from dead cells that they would add to terraria is probably the Time Keeper bc she's kinda the only boss that would make sense to cross over. In terms of Terraria to dead cells I would guess that they would add the late pre-hardmode weapons like the night's edge and the hellwing bow. I play both of them a lot so these kinds of crossovers would work pretty well in both games but just theories.

it would be really hype if they added the 5BC boss though, but i think its confirmed that theyre adding the Concierge (which will probably be similar in design to deerclops? not sure why they chose that over all the other amazing DC bosses)

Your build is kinda centered around the color of your weapon (red, purple, or green as shown in the bottom left) and you'll want to find power scrolls and get as many as you can for the color of your main weapon. Psychie is a helpful dead cells youtuber for people of all skill levels. Anyway love the videos Happy and I might have to rewatch the op videos again. 😂

Honestly i hope they made the ml whip roughly the same power as kaleidoscope and keep kaleidoscope how it is. Its a drop from a difficult side boss so it makes sense for the item to be powerful

As someone with a little too many hours in dead cells. The game has a ton of build and route variety, if you enjoy the game the dlc’s are incredibly worth it. The game is punishing, hard, and very fun. My biggest tip is that you should never spread stats. If your main weapon is purple, at every chance you can, level the purple stat (this goes for all stats). Other than that just doing runs give you progress, it is a rougelite after all so it is important to make that permanent progress of items to get further along. Killing every enemy is generally worth it because if you get 30 kills without getting hit you get a free item. After the first biome it becomes 60 kills.

The golden doors you have to pay to open can also be broken down but if you do that you'll be cursed till you kill a certain amount of enemies, while cursed 1 hit from an enemy or trap will kill you

Also the map layout for each zone changes each run, though they always connect to the same zones, the colours on the eeapons show which of the 3 stats they scale off of if a weapon or gear has 2 colours it can scale off either of them

About the tickle green thing. That requires a special ability to use, that you unlock once you beat the first or second (i dont exactly recall) boss. I would love if you would come back to dead cells and make a series on it, extremely fun game with lots of builds and easter eggs challenges. Maybe play dead cells on your second channel?

If you do a refreshed play through a of your op classes vids, you should do them in master mode, as the two extra accessory slots adds up the damage potential massively, also the way I go in all my play throughs, so it would be cool to see how you go about it.

whips for each pillar? why would you get a summoner weapon from the explicitly melee/ranged/mage-centered events. if anything, this means the stardust pillar is just getting one extra weapon than the rest, which would be awkward... OR it means the rest of the pillars will be getting another weapon as well... which i think is a very exciting prospect. we could really use a solar sword, and a vortex rocket launcher. not sure what they would add for nebula, but its my favorite out of the four, and the possibilities are limitless for the mage class, which makes it the most exciting for me

not even gonna lie, primary: multi-nocks bow + hokutos bow ability: heavy turret + any other turret mutation: support + barbed tips + disengagement has to be the easiest strat in DC, that or primary: nutcracker + ice bow ability: wolf trap + ice grenade mutation: heart of ice + disengagement + any other crit or green buffing mutation

I dont really mind the spoiler video but love that you go fast and straight to the point 😙👌 Also dead cell is fun cuz you can use lot of build. I used rapier in one hand and meat skewer in the other to feel like I use 2 rapiers. Is it good build? Who know! I finish a run with ot and it make me feel badass so who care lol, this is what I love about dead cell and terraria

Hollow Knight: Silksong isn’t DLC, it’s a sequel game. The one where you play as a knight and their descendants is “Rogue Legacy” Each enemy has unique weapon plan drops, so it’s worth killing all of them
