The hollow earth was probably one of the best ideas GvK had. Now they can literally do anything they want with the lore. Any monster from the Godzilla franchise can just pop out of the hollow earth and thats really all the explenation you need. Hopefully they do keep going to capitalize on it.

Fun Fact: it looks like Wingard has sort of loosely confirmed the official names of Warbat and Hellhawk are Nozuki and Yoshuma. Seems the lame renames were done by the toy company were just because they thought it’d be easier for kids to remember. That or maybe the names Nozuki and Yoshuma refer to the alpha of these species like Ramarak was for the Skull Crawlers.

Actually it seems to suggest that the Kong’s where the aggressors in the Godzilla vs Kong war, the iwi legend mentions that Godzilla essentially ate a star and gained his atomic powers, the Kong’s saw this as a threat to themselves and began attack the Godzilla’s’ Although, I suppose the whole point of the war is that there was no real reason to start it

In destroy all monsters camazotz have felt kong heart beat showing he was still alive and was not killed by godzilla and 2 warbats protecting earth with other kaijus(one with normal red wings but the other have yellow wings cuz he’s a member of a sub-species,monarch studying him for more informations about this sub-species,maddie call him ”nozuki”) Considering camazotz as a danger for earth and humanity so they decided to attack him and camazotz and his hellswarm,so they decided to return to the surface Explained by the future book kong: battle who explain kong battle axe origins we first see behemoth sleeping in amazonian forest then he is woken up by a ”SSCCCCRREEEEEE” Then he sees camazotz and his hellswarm passing by in the air and he return to sleep and kills a skullcrawler and camazotz found a maya temple of the divinity with the same name as he then he decide to stay here until mecha-king ghidorah fight and almost kill him until godzilla,kong and mechagodzilla 2 fight mecha-ghidorah and after that he become a good monster.

There is a variant of the psychovulture that has more bat like wings,a more carnotaurus like head,and capable of shooting lightning bolts from their mouths.These deadlier versions of the psychovulture are not seen in the hollow earth,but were present on Skull Island.Also recently,before his matchup with Titanus Gojira,Titanus Kong faced a large hellhawk-like creature with a demon like face,named Titanus Camazotz,with many smaller versions of itself.This titan was defeated and thrown back into a cave,which could lead to the hollow earth.So Monarch members have to be careful about this creature,as it could still be alive.

“Kong Of Hollow Earth” should be Next as a movie, and from there we can have Kong explore his new Home where he can find a New Enemy. And shocking enough, more Kongs! They’d be in a small family group, but they are alive, with their Father/leader being wounded but alive, yet he’s still struggles to protect his family. Kong seeks to help these Kongs as they share common ground. When the enemy comes knocking, King Kong earns his King title as he decides to save the last of his people, and this leads to the next movie “Son of Kong”.

My guess for the enemy: A gigantic dinosaur called Gaw (based on the dinosaur with the same name from Kong: King of Skull Island). And Gaw was also identified by the now (mostly) extinct Iwi tribe as "The Beast of Greed".
