I would suggest reversing out onto a public road is a road traffic offence. More so going over grass and a kerb, that isn't a drop kerb.

There isn't an obvious rule to breach and thus result in an offence in this circumstance. 'Rule 201 - Do not reverse from a side road into a main road. When using a driveway, reverse in and drive out if you can.' is all the Code says.

What an extraordinary situation that a PCSO thinks Powers designated to them are 'private' or secret is preposterous. The lie is that we have Policing by Consent, except when POWERS (the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events) are invoked. As a result of this situation I advise nobody to offer to assist or to talk or communicate with any Police entity for any reason unless you are required to do so; anything you say or do (or fail to say or do) will be recorded and WILL be used against you. It can ONLY be used against you in court. We are not living in previous times, we are no-longer a cohesive 'related' group of people choosing to live together. Now we are FORCED to live under supervision and Governance controlled by a series of Powers that no-longer require your consent because they have delegated the implication of consent to the people THEY choose.
