You've got the "Conservation of Ninjutsu / Inverse Ninja Law" slightly wrong. There is a limited amount of ninjutsu power available, yes. But per side (as in: good & evil). So in order for Ben and Sjin to each have the full amount of ninjutsu power at their disposal, one needs to change sides.

For their obsidian issue, I would suggest they make a magma crucible to make infinite lava. Then make 2 Igneous Extruders one to make cobblestone to fuel the Magma Crucible, while the other to make Obsidian.

It's canon that they wont do infinite materials in a non-sky island survival map even tho they were given the same mods the maps had. I also noticed that, they choose to make themselves suffer which is okay.

You're supposed to make patterns with Refined Storage. That way you don't need to make hundreds of 1k cores to make the large storage disks. And it works a hell of a lot easier than AE2. It makes Minecraft work like Factorio. You simply click the thing you want and then every single subitem needed is autocrafted and at the end it gives you what you asked. You can set up patterns and connect them to crafters and furnaces within a single episode.

Far too late advice: You can further improve your Tinker tools by Embossing them. Some materials have a cool ability, but not necessarily good stats. You can have the "best of both worlds" by combining a tool part along with a Gold Block, a Diamond, and Green, Blue, and Magma Slime Crystals to Emboss its ability onto your tool (instead of replacing the part). Embossing doesn't take up a modifier slot, and each part can be Embossed once.

I am that person who went into Endgame having not seen most of the marvel movies. I had seen 7 of the 22 when I went in, Thor, Iron man, Captain America, The avengers, Dr. Strange and Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and 2. I missed a few of the original sequels and just felt like I couldn't catch up and didn't bother to. My friend and I wanted to go see a movie and there was nothing good apart from endgame so we went to it. It was still absolutely fantastic. I still knew who all the other characters were and roughly what happened in most of the other movies just from memes that I had seen over the years. I even knew roughly what was going to happen in Endgame by this time because we only went like last week. I'm really happy I went because those movies are way too much to be watched on home tv's, they need to be experienced in cinemas. I'd still like to be able to see all the others in theatres too.
