Punisher was an Avenger at the time, he tried to take out Captain America non-lethally by shooing him in the knee but Spider-Sense told Spidey that Cap was about to get shot, so he jumped in front of the bullet thinking Cap was about to die.

It crazy to me how reductive they get with Frank in this game: “You’re taking the easy way.” Frank represents a reasonable man driven to unreasonable things. A failing system and the brutal reality of revenge. He doesn’t enjoy killing, but he sees it as a necessary evil. The Netflix TV show is probably the best representation of him, by far.

Its cause its comic stuff. Frank knows his life sucks and has a death wish. His own wife came back to life and when she heard of Frank killing criminals in her and their kids' name, she shot him in the chest multiple times, trying to kill him cause she hated him. Frank knows he isnt a hero, hes not mentally well and has hurt innocent people in his twisted sense of justice to the point that other heroes like Cap and Spiderman hate him to their core and frank even knows that when he dies he isnt gonna see his family cause he is going to hell when he dies and he accepts that. He's a tool of hatred and revenge that cosumed him, and he accepts that while hating it.

I really disagree with your take on Frank views on Magneto, dude is responsible for some of the worst acts of terror in the marvel comics. He was a mutant supermacist thru the 80s 90s and early 2000s and killed thousands of innocent civilians, he has multiple times attempted plans for human genocide viewing cohabitation between mutant and human impossible. As for Hulk…..I view it more that he views Hulk as a force of nature to be diverted more than actually having the capacity to kill…..that being said if we go by how things go in the comics Punisher really does not hold Bruce Banner accountable for the Hulk since he literally has no control over him
